Can I bring my pet to Zeediekhoeve?
You celebrate holiday with the whole family. So small lap dogs are welcome! Whether your hamster, guinea pig or rabbit, your four-legged friends go along naturally. This needs to be requested during the booking and upon arrival in our facilities. For small pets we charge no extra cost.
I want to book more nights. How can I arrange this?
If you book online it means that you have to enter for each stay a separate entry. If you make a telephone reservation please indicate in advance that you want to book several nights at the same time. If you request more several stays, you should also indicate this during your booking. This offers no warranty!
If you want to book more than seven days or more than two weekends we can offer you an attractive discount. It is also a pleasure for us to make for you a tailor offer.
What is the period for a weekend, midweek and weeks stay?
A weekend stay starts Friday 15.00 pm and ends on Monday 10.30 am (3 nights).
A midweek stay starts Monday 15.00 pm and ends Friday 10.30 am (4 nights).
A week’s stay starts Friday 15.00 pm until Monday 10.30 am or Monday 15.00 pm to Monday 10.30 am (7 nights).
When do I get my deposit back?
In Zeediekhoeve Kamperzeedijk it’s not necessary to pay a deposit.
When do I finally have to pay the reservation fee?
You have 15 days after you made the booking to transfer the first deposit according to your booking confirmation. You have to pay the balance eight weeks before arrival. If you make a reservation within eight weeks before arrival, you must transfer the entire invoice amount. If the amount is not (fully) credited to our account by your arrival at Zeediekhoeve then you have to pay the amount by arrival. If you reserve within three working days (last minute) before arrival, you have to pay the complete invoice by arrival. In case of a delayed payment we will cancel your reservation in accordance to our terms. The rent includes electricity, gas, water and heating and the first cot (excluding bedding) and highchair.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you have to transfer the deposit 15 days after you made the initial booking. This amount is composed of 25% rent, taxes and linen costs.
I have made a double payment. What now?
If so, please contact our reservations office: +31 38-344 6559. The booking office is available Monday until Friday from 08.30 am to 21.00 pm, Saturday from 09.00 am to 18.00 pm.
Can I take an option?
If you do not want to make a final reservation, you can take an option for 24 hours. An option can be made by telephone by calling +31 38-344 6559. The option remains for 24 hours and will expire automatically after 24 hours.
Can I visit Zeediekhoeve in advance?
Of course! Please first contact our reservations office. They give you a tour through our luxury house Zeediekhoeve.
I have made a booking. Is this now definitive?
Yes, this is definitely. We first check the availability of the Zeediekhoeve in our database. After the check you receive a confirmation by e-mail or we call you.
What is the maximum number of people?
The maximum number of persons is as meantioned on the website and in our brochures, 12 persons. It is not permitted to carry more persons than our accommodation suites, because of comfort and safety causes. The Zeediekhoeve is equipped with facilities according to the indicated number of persons. In several cases, one or two children under 2 years above the capacity limit are allowed. You have to make the request by booking.
